Love by the Book

I’m so excited to announce the release of my next book, Love by the Book!

It’s a standalone and has no connection to any of the characters or stories in the Tucson Is Where the Heart Is series.

This novel is set in my hometown of Phoenix and the heroine owns a bookstore that only sells romance novels.

Ready for a look at the cover?

Here it is!

Isn’t it gorgeous? I’m so happy with it! I just love the flowers and the pink and everything about it.

Now, on to the blurb…

Harlow Deyes is living her dream as the owner of Love by the Book, a bookstore dedicated to only selling romance novels. Unfortunately, business hasn’t been great lately, but her personal life is looking up when a customer becomes a friend…and possibly more if she plays her cards right.

Brent Rusza’s been publishing romance novels under a woman’s pen name for years, but he’s tired of hiding the kinds of books he writes. As he grows closer to Harlow, he reveals his true identity to her and decides to hold an in-person signing at her store to help boost sales. While he’s nervous about the risk he’s taking, he’s sure coming clean will be worth it in the end.

The more time they spend together, the more sparks fly between Harlow and Brent, even when Brent confesses he’s demisexual. As feelings deepen and attraction flourishes, they must decide if their love story will end in heartbreak or happily ever after.

And after getting you all worked up about my next book, this is where I tell you I don’t have a release date yet, and I’m so sorry about that. I really would like to publish Love by the Book toward the end of November or December, but the release date entirely depends on when I’m able to get the book formatted and uploaded, which also depends on when my editors are done working on it. I can assure you that I will definitely be releasing Love by the Book before the end of 2024, and as soon as I have a date in mind, I’ll post about it.
