It’s time for the cover reveal and the announcement of the publication date of book number three in my Tucson Is Where the Heart Is series.
Here is the gorgeous cover of Don’t Lose Hope.
Isn’t it beautiful? I love it so much! I think it might be my favorite cover out of all three books, shockingly. At first, I thought the cover of Attract Good Karma was my favorite because it has a purple theme, and I adore purple. But something about the way the pinks and the turquoise and the greens meld together in the Don’t Lose Hope cover just takes my breath away.
But enough about the cover! What’s the book about? I’m so glad you asked!
Hope Rerucha is back in her beloved hometown of Tucson and has her dream job. She gets to run a computer repair business with her two best friends. Now if only she could find a man willing to look past the wheelchair she’s in. When she meets Manny, her new next-door neighbor, his gruff demeanor doesn’t impress her—but his offer to help her land her crush does. And as their flirting sessions heat up, she starts to wonder if he might be the man she’s been searching for.
Ever since his rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis, Manny Guzman’s been doing everything in his power to get back to his life pre-RA. Mostly by staying indoors and avoiding other people. Only he finds it impossible to avoid his cute neighbor, Hope, especially when he witnesses her awful attempts to flirt. Despite his attempts to help Hope date her dream guy, he finds himself falling for her instead.
After plenty of misunderstandings and confessing their feelings, Hope and Manny begin a relationship. But when Manny’s RA goes into remission, she finds herself unable to keep up with his new active lifestyle and realizes they’re not on the same page about their future. Manny’s not about to give up on them, because losing Hope isn’t an option.
This friends to lovers with a bit of enemies to lovers thrown in at the beginning was so much fun to write, and I can’t wait for everyone to read the conclusion to the Tucson Is Where the Heart Is series.
